Frequently Asked Questions

How does the token system work?

Our token system helps manage patient flow in the outpatient department. When you arrive, register your details at the registration desk or through this online system. You'll receive a unique token number (e.g., OPD-001) that reserves your place in the queue. Patients are generally seen in the order of token numbers, but priority may be given to emergency cases.

How can I check my position in the queue?

You can check your position in the queue in two ways:

  • Enter your token number in the "Check Status" tab
  • Enter your name and phone number in the "Check Status" tab

The system will show your current position, estimated waiting time, and how many patients are ahead of you.

What happens if I miss my turn?

If you miss your turn when your token number is called, please approach the reception desk. Depending on the current queue status, you may be accommodated at the next available slot or may need to take a new token. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your estimated consultation time.
